As tour coordinator for this weeks Eanes Tour, I am posting this for your convenience. It's a great way to preview several properties at one time and to network with fellow agents about new listings, buyer needs and changes in our market. The tour meets at Thundercloud Subs at Walsh Tarleton and Bee Caves Road Wednesdays. We call for announcements and leave at 9:30 am.

Good Morning Russell-Hope all goes well with the Realtor Luncheon tour. I've helped out at these before and it is most definitely a way to attract a bigger crowd. I wish you the best and I hope your Open house went well on Sunday. Enjoy your Weds. :-)
Dear Russell,
It sounds like a fab tour. I am sure you will have exceptional traffic and sell these homes quickly!
Bttina
Sounds like a great list of properties Russell. Hopefully you will find a buyer for one of them.
Sharon We had a larger crowd than expected (it was raining all morning) and thetour was very good!
Betina It was a great tour today and even with the ran, we had about 35 agents make the event!
Bill it's one of the premier tours in our city and I always enjoy being a coordinator!
Russell,
What a great way to get the word out for a premier tour! Great post!!
Russell, You are such a Professional Broker. This blog makes me want to get on a plane from California and come on the tour!
Wow Russell: That's quite a line-up! Our board does tours every Thursday where we meet at the Titusville library. The county is split in 3 areas and tours rotate areas every 3 weeks. It seems your board runs things a little different since we email our information over and they put the sheet out to membership via email as well. Very nice of you to put this together, part of reason you're so well liked :-)
Dorie Between the Eanes Tour and the West Austin 1B tour I am busy 2 days a week!
Hi Jane Thanks for stopping by. Come on down sometime!
Gail We have a number of tours in Austin, but I pretty much stick to the one in the Westlake/Eanes School District are and West Austin. About once a month I also make the downtown tour to see as much of the Condo Market as possible! BTW our board does not participate, individual agents volunteer in the different area tours as coordinators and I do this a couple of times a year!
Wow. the homes in Barton Creek are huge and the finish out is beautiful!
Russell, one of the things I miss most about real estate in CA is the broker caravans. We don't have broker tours here in NC which truly is a shame. Not only do you get to see a lot of the newest listings but the networking is so valuable! I hope yours went well.
Russell, We have caravans, but they are office specific - your plan seems much broader, Karen
Diane I really enjoy the two tours that I regularly attend because as you say it's an excellent way to see homes that are appointment only and the networking is always good!
KarenIt is broader and a great way to preview homes in specific areas neighborhoods listed by numerous companies. And as noted previously, a good way to network with other full time Realtors in the area!
How is my favorite person in Austin!!!!!!!!!!!! I am putting in more marketing report for February and WOW ... the # of sales was up, I am impressed! Feel free to use my format ... I can email you the format if you want. Take care my friend!
I love going on Realtor caravans - we have them all the time. It's really a good way to keep up to date on the listings.
I know that you are involved in both the West Austin Tour as well as the Eanes tour and it really is an excellent way to preview a number of homes all at the same time!
Pippa Hello my friend! I am doing fine and it's great to hear my my favorite person in the Woodlands! I hope you and your family are doing well and thanks for the tips on market and neighborhood reports!
Georgina I agree, seeing a bunch of properties and networking all in a two hour period is well worth th time!
ScottYou are right and it's the reason I make the effort to to on a couple a week! Thanks for dropping by!
Russell, Thank you for being one of the coordinators of this tour. I usually go on the West Austin/1B tour and it is one of the best ways to preview homes that have to be appointment only. Saves time and it is also good to visit with other Realtors.
Hey, I stopped by to remind you to post about your open house tomorrow!!! You post about de-cluttering was too funny!
Anne I actually enjoy working as a coordinator. It's a good way to cntribute to both of the tours I regularly attend!
Allysoun, I am glad you liked the De-cluttering/ Take that &%$@*% tree the recycling area!!! And yes, I will post the new Open House later this evening!
