Allysoun thanks, I will pick them up on Friday before the West Austin Tour. I have noticed that my previous open house announcements had several hundred clicks but fewer comments!

Jeannette my previous open house posts have drawn a lot of on-line attention (I think from SOI and also more folks who are now searching on-line through Localism, google, and my outside blog). I will let you know next week how the day goes and also the number of clicks on this particular post!

What a view that deck has! Looks like a spectacular house. Good luck w/the open house. K M
Hi Russell-What a gorgeous house. Those views are breathtaking. I love the big windows to see those views, just wouldn't want to have to clean them :-) Thank you for stopping over at Debi's blog. Thankfully she can stay as a photographer/slideshow lady. I hope you are feeling better I heard that you were a bit under the weather. I'm doing well.
I wish you all the best with the openhouse on Sunday. IMHO they have the best in the business when they have you as their realtor. You can do it!
What a great looking open house post! you will have to show me how all this works when I finally get some time to spend at Active Rain!
I love that family room! In the living room, are those chairs the chair-and-a-half size or is it the angle of the photo? I want them!
Hope you sell it on Sunday, Russell. It looks fabulous!
That is an awesome evening view. I hope that you have good traffic and that you generate interest in this beautiful home!
Hi Russell,
This looks like a lovely home, hope you have lots of lookers and that one of them will be the lucky owner of this beautiful home.
Hi Russell-What a gorgeous home. Those views are breathtaking. Best of luck with a sale and your open house on Sunday.
Kristin The photographer took such a spectacular shot of that glowing sunset! It is a remarkable home and thanks for the encouragement!
Pat Great hearing from you! One of the wonderful aspects of this home is that there are views from almost every room in the house! Thanks too for telling us about Debi, as they say, any friend of yours is a friend of mine and thank you so much for the compliment. I know we both strive to give our clients the best service possible!

Scott The photographer did a great job documenting this home and it looks as good or better than the pictures!
Cynthia I hope so too, homes like these are a pleasure to market and show! I really appreciate you dropping by, Thanks!
Sharon Thank you so much, as I have said it's fun to market and show homes that are as fine as this one and a pleasure to show! Have a great week!
Beautiful home. I hope you have good crowd of motivated buyers on Sunday!
Russell - this is a great looking home and good luck on a very successful open house. I hope you have lots of traffic. Very nice presentation here!
Hi Russell - You're pretty consistent with your Open Houses! Hopefully you'll get a good crowd this weekend. I know you had a good turnout for your last one.......always a good place to pick up a few new clients. Best luck.....beautiful home!
Mattie I think things are picking up after the holiday lull and look forward to a good crowd!
Sharon I still like doing open houses, especially homes that are as appealing as this one! Thank you fro stopping by!
Hello Gail!I do like holding open houses and I stay within a fairly narrow section of our city. Neighborhoods that are close in, mostly central and southwest where I ave worked on a regular basis for 15 years. It's good because I not only meet new people and have a chance to expose the home to potential buyers but also to neighbors whom I also see and visit with on a regular basis! It's a great way to stay nose-to-nose in the community!
Dear Russell,
You always have the best looking listings. WOW! good luck to you and by all means let me know if you need someone else to hold this gem open for you!
:)
Russell, I would like to see this home and will drop by during the open house on Sunday. The views look wonderful!
Russell That is a great looking open house ad - I've got to start doing the same sort of thing, Good luck with it, Karen
Betina,we are fortunate to have such a good presence in our areas of expertise and it's a real pleasure to hold an open house at such a beautiful property. If you are not busy on Sunday, drop by for a visit!
Lynne I look forward to seeing you, you will enjoy everything about this home!
Karen I have been very happy with the response and especially the number of folks who view this post on line. It gets a large number of clicks and I think it's from both my SOI and also folks in the public who are looking at the website and my blog!
Russell, Great post. Let us know how your open house goes!! The house looks awesome and the sellers should appreciate all your efforts. Good luck!
Dear Russell,
I will try to stop by after my Zilker open house. I am sure that you will find the right Buyer for your fantastic listing! Have a wonderful weekend!
:)
Looks like a great home for the money. If I was in the neighborhood, you would have tempted me to come by.
Dorie U have had very good response to folks clicking on this post that i can attribute to my soi and others whom I market to as well as my contacts here at Active Rain. Thanks for dropping by!
Betina Good luck on your open house too, It's going to be a pretty day so I hope that people show up and don't decide to do something else!?!?!
Jim Thanks for your comment. Since you are so far away I do understand! But if you know anyone in Austin, send them my way and I will gladly pay a referral fee!
Hi Russell! Hope your open went well--I'm a bit late to your post but, I had a BUSY weekend! (WooHoo!)
Hey! How did your Open House go? It was a beautidul day and I know that sometimes people do other things rather than attend open houses when the weather is nice!
Russell, I hope this open house did well. you seem to have remarkable success meeting people at your open houses and even selling them now and again! See you soon!
Debe glad to hear you have been bust, that is good news no matter where you are!
Mattie it was a beautiful day and though slower in traffic than usual all the people were legitimate buyers and I may have picked up a buyer!
Anne I do enjoy open houses as they are good for exposing the home to potential buyers and i always like sharing information about the area at the same time. I am not one of those who hovers over folks as they walk through and I tend to have more experience than many of the new agents who sit at open houses only to nab buyers!
I hope your Open Hosuewent well on Sunday. I thought it might be a good idea to post about the group of open houses we are having the week after Super Bowl! Just a suggestion. Thanks!
Jeannette I was thinking about doing that and will mention it at the next meeting. I have been happy with the number of clicks when I post for an open house and would be glad to post for our group effort! Thanks!
Dear Russell,
I am sorry I was not able to make it by Sunday my OH ran over. I will try to stop by another day. I hope your OH went well and that you found a buyer. Make it a great day!
B
Hi Russell- How DID the open house go? BTW, do you supply food or snacks...just curious as we don't have very many homes in that price range in Titusville. Also are you alone or do you bring an assistant? Hoping it went very well :-)
Betina No problem, I actually don't mind staying late and will visit as long as any lookers are interested. let's have coffee and catch up sometime!
Gail It was slower (probably because the weather was so nice) but the folks who came by were real and not just tire kickers. I usually do the open house myself unless it's an extremely large home and then I have an assistant accompany me. I don't serve anything unless it's a broker open house and then you just about HAVE to put out a nice spreadd to entice them to show up! HAH! All went as well as could be expected and I may have a new person that's interested on the Old Westlake area so that's good.
That is a gorgeous house, Russell. The kitchen in particular is to die for, and yes, I could make due with that view just fine. Cognac and Cubans, anyone?
Paul Thanks, wander out on to the porch and I will have your cigar ready!
Russell, what a spectacular home for sale at 912 Calithea Rd in Westlake. That is a fantastic view. It is always such a pleasure to hold Open Houses in a home of this caliber, isn't it?
Gena you are absolutely right! Homes like this are always a pleasure to market!
