Scott You are absolutely right, I have been remiss in my blogging efforts but Plan to remedy that over the next few months as we prepare for the market in 2010 which I am predicting will be vastly improved over this year!

Lisa You crack me up and as you might have already guessed I asked the same thing when I moved to the neighborhood! It actually runs along the valley behind where we live and it is hidden in many parts by dense foliage and steep terrain!
